This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual, corporation, public organization, or a company whatsoever) and DesignerFreeSolutions for the software product accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and may include associated media and printed materials, database scripts and schema, as well as on-line or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

This is a 1 license pack which means that you can install, use, access, run, or otherwise interact just 1 COPY of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT and you may charge a service fee for installing it. You may however have a localhost, non-productive installation for testing purposes.

The software product is licensed, not sold. DesignerFreeSolutions sells the license to use the software product, not the software product itself.

This license file must exist in your installation according to the instructions that were communicated to you when you downloaded this file.

DesignerFreeSolutions will offer FREE support and access to free updates of the software product (if and when such updates are published) for 12 months after your order date.

You are not allowed to distribute or resell or rent or lease or lend this SOFTWARE PRODUCT
or modifications or derivatives of it without prior written permission from DesignerFreeSolutions.

If you are buying this software as a
developer (
learn more) for your clients you may charge them a service fee at your own discretion for configuration and/or installation. You are still bound however by the rest of the terms of this agreement.

You may modify the source code of the software product solely for your own use. The modified software product should not be made available for sale, resale or distribution under any circumstances. DesignerFreeSolutions will not offer free technical support neither any custom updates for the modified software product. The modification does not constitute an intellectual property rights transfer neither a copyrights transfer. Both remain under Designerfreesolutions.

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the software product (including all component parts, any upgrades and this EULA), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. You should notify DesignerFreeSolutions in such an event.

This software product is offered to you as-is.

The software product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

DesignerFreeSolutions may terminate your rights under this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software product and all of its component parts.

DesignerFreeSolutions expressly disclaims any warranty for the software product. The software product and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DesignerFreeSolutions does not warrant that the functions of the software product will meet your requirements or that operation of the software product will be uninterrupted or error free. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software product remains with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DesignerFreeSolutions or its affiliates or its resellers or its associates be liable for any special, incidental, direct or indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software product, even if DesignerFreeSolutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you encounter any bugs, DesignerFreeSolutions will provide an update at no charge. Please contact us.
You can offer our mailing list software to your clients.
Each of our products has a header file where the product name and our brand appears. We give you the permission to modify these header files of our solutions so that there is no direct association to our software. However, the rest of the license terms described above are still valid and you may not change the copyright notices that exist in the source code and which are not visible unless the user opens the source code. You may also charge your customers a fee at your own discretion for installing or configuring our solutions. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us for further details.
