Services pages. You can add an unlimited number of Services. You can structure your services hierarchically. A dynamic menu for service selection located at the top of your services pages, builds and expands automatically. You can also have a picture for each of your services. Your services pages can be in as many languages as you want.
Our Clients page. You can add as many of your clients as you want. For each client you can have a name, details and a logo.
Our Partners. Similarly to the 'clients' pages you can add as many of your partners as you like, add their logo, some details and a link to them.
Our Projects. Each of your projects can be described with a title, the client's name and some project details.
Links page. You may add as many links as you like along with a title and a short description.
News page. Add as many news as you like. Change them or remove them from anywhere in the world. You show your news when they are still 'new'. No need to wait for your designer to pass him files or texts. At your own pace, you log in your back-office and edit your news.
Unlimited free (non-structured) pages.
Contact us form that captures contact details, stores them in database, automatically subscribes contacts to your newsletter list (if they wish) and automatically notifies you by email. You can see and manage your contacts in the back-office

Newsletter Management
Newsletter management & multiple mailing lists. This web site suite includes a multi-mailing list Newsletter Manager.
A newsletter opt-in form makes it easy for visitors to subscribe to your newsletter in one click.
You can send your Newsletter directly from the back-office with one click. You can send both html and text newsletters to your registered members and/or your newsletter subscribers.
You newsletters are personalized. You may add variables such as the subscriber?s name and email or your company details and unsubscribe links anywhere in the email body.
Alternative un-subscribe options. You can define two alternative unsubscribe links. The first allows the subscriber to be removed from all lists but not from the subscribers list. The second, a one-click link, will remove him from all lists and the subscribers list.
Member registration system
You can have registered members or clients in your site.
Members can register by themselves but you can also open member accounts in the back-office.
Each member has it's own private-access menu where he can see his personal dcoument archive, choose the newsletters he wants to subscribe, edit his profile and anything else that you may wish to add. The mechanism is there, so you can enhance it anyway you like.
Forgot password feature: the member enters his/her email and the site sends automatically an email with the password. Very useful.
Document management system
With the Document manager the web site owner can upload documents to the web site and assign them to his members.
Each time a document is assigned to a member an email with download instructions is automatically sent to the member .
Almost all types of documents or files are supported (word docs, excel spreadsheets, pdf, txt, zip, rtf, ppt, image files etc).
The process is quite simple. First you use an upload utility to physically upload a file on your server. The file is placed in the right folder automatically. Then you go to your registered members list and with one click you may assign the document to a specific member or to all of them.
No emailing, no attachments. The emails that are sent automatically contain download instructions.
Your members have two options to retrieve the file. The email they receive contains a direct link to the file. They can also visit your site, log in to their account and in the private area they see a complete list of all the files they have access to.

All changes are reflected immediately in your site.

Advanced customizing capabilities
The as-is configuration of the suite is for a typical business in the services sector. However simpy by changing a languages file you can take customization of the suite a step further and adapt it to your particular needs.
Example: The wording 'Our partners' is taken from a languages file. You can simply open this fle with a text editor and rename 'Our partners' to 'Distributors'. Then you can still use the administration tool to add/edit your 'distributors'. This topic is covered in detail in the User's guide.
Similarly, all links that appear in the site can be changed to anything you like.
Multi-language features
Multilinguality applies both to content and links
The links in the site and all the back-office texts can be multilanguage in an unlimited number of languages.
The content for the 'Homepage', 'About us' page and all the 'Services' pages can also be maintained in an unlimited number of languages.
The languages menu. In the back-office there is a languages menu where you may add or remove languages.
Translation is not done automatically. In case of the links and back-office texts, you must edit/translate 2 languages file in the language you want to use.
Utilities
Export contact form entries to a csv file. Import/export newsletter subscribers from/to .csv, .txt files. Csv files can easily be imported/exported and edited from/to other applications susch as MSExcel, MSAccess or MSOutlook.
Images, Assets, Attachments and Documents upload utilities. Easily upload your documents, attachments, pictures for your services, partners, clients using integrated upload tools that do not require third-party components (only ASP).
Encryption utility. Member passwords are encrypted for extra security.

Bookmark button.
E-mail a friend link, makes it easy for visitors to automatically send an email about your services to their friends.
Search feature. Extrememly useful if you have a lot of content in your website. Visitors can search by keywords in your services pages.

Technical information and requirements
Windows server hosting. This is an Active Server Pages (ASP) application. An MSAccess database is included.
Installation means simply copying the files into your wwwroot directory. You may host your site anywhere you like as long as ASP and MSAccess are supported.
It is ready to run on MSSQL. The scripts are included in your package.
The dynamic html editor of the administration panel works with all modern borwsers. It is also compatible with the latest version of Netscape, Mozilla & Firefox (for Windows & Mac OS X). Please note that certain features (of the html editor only) may not be available without IE. For example, spell checking is not possible for Firefox. To see exactly what features you will have visit the demo and try the editor.
To use the upload utilities the respective upload components must be available in the host server.
The suite can work with 11 different email components: CDONTS, CDO, Persits AspMail, Soft Artisans Smtp mail, Server Objects AspMail, Bamboo smtp, Jmail, Dundas Mail, ASP SmartMail, OCX mail, EasyMail by QuickSoft. At least one of them must be available in the host server.
